Pakistani Designers at Audi Fashion Festival Singapore

Four fashion designers from Pakistan took part in the 2nd Audi Fashion Festival Singapore 2010; the event was started on April 28 (Pakistani designers showcased their collection at May 1st, 2010). This year a new segment of fashion Asia introduced which featured for the first time the Pakistani designers, Maheen Khan khan, Deepak Parwani, Shamaeel and Nomi Ansari. Their designs based on Mughal, ethnic desert and Swat themes were greatly appreciated by the audience including Singapores fashion elite, members of the diplomatic corps and the Pakistan community in Singapore.
Well these designers’ showcased their collection at May 1st, 2010, but unfortunately I did not find any coverage from Pakistani Fashion magazines or newspapers.
